A San Francisco native and real estate professional with over thirty years experience, David is responsible for originating and executing investment sales and industrial lease transactions.

Prior to joining Pacific Union/GMAC Commercial Brokerage, David worked at Transwestern, Colliers, and independently as Robertson Partners. He has concentrated on investment opportunities and working with industrial clients.

David has sold many significant investment properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He recently sold 400 Post Street ($103 million) and 150 Powell Street ($61.5 million) in San Francisco.

With an extensive knowledge of the I-880 industrial market in the East Bay, David has successfully negotiated over five hundred lease transactions – over 8.8 million square feet. He is also involved in consulting and project positioning with key clients.

David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the W.P. Carey School of Finance at Arizona State University.
